Service from the hotel staff was excellent, very kind and professional, not only during our stay but also before we arrived. If I remember well our room was the 401 (on the upper part of the hotel with a superb view of the old city centre), possibly one their best rooms. Price was fair. And yes, one of the 4 nights was very noisy given there is some kind of nightclub/bar close to the hotel (music kept on going until late at night). Maybe the hotel could use double windows some day to reduce the eventual noise (not present every night), but unless you are going to cusco for quiet nights of meditation and no social interaction I wouldn't mind about this..... In summary, hotel is cool, service is the best in cusco, location is fantastic and price is fair.
