We stayed here before and after the inca trail, the staff were very friendly and the location of the hotel is excellent. They offer free coca tea (for the altitude) the breakfast was really nice, the wifi was really fast and the rooms were nice and cosy. The only negatives we found was that there was no elevator (the porters do help with the bags though) and the shower pressure was pretty bad, especially after a 4 day inca trail when you just want a nice hot shower.
