“Superb little place, great experience.”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 7 July 2014

We had a few hours to kill & read about this place in a guide book so gave it a go. We were pleasantly surprised, we had a few hours of informative & enjoyable chocolate making. We decided to do the chocolate workshop which is worth the money & you get to keep the chocolates you make at the end too. We had a really nice woman called Janet looking after us. She spoke both English & Spanish & was great at getting people involved. If you have a few hours spare in Lima, this place is worth a visit.

5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 5 July 2014

My BF and I did the chocolate workshop in the Choco Moseo, it was very pleasant experience. Manuel the person who delivered the workshop in English was very nice and adduceded and even spoke some Hebrew. The price is pretty high - s/. 70 but worth it when you get the chocolate you mad.

“chocolate lovers”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 3 July 2014

This is a wonderful place for all chocolate lovers. You can taste and even make your own chocolate bar. There is a history of chocolate posted on the walls; chocolate tea samples and a light menu. Has a small balcony where you can sip hot chocolate and watch the activity in a plaza.

“Enjoyed this treat!”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 3 July 2014

We enjoyed this chocolate museum and had the make your own hot chocolate. Interesting.
I recommend you do the class on how to make chocolate-- it looked fun but all the times we were available were booked so book through hotel or call early to get a time you would like.
Delicious chocolate I am savoring the pieces still at home.

“CHOCOLATE CENTRAL”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 30 June 2014

This was my home away from home. Our group did the chocolate making class and we were given a deep look into the history of Chocolate, and it's influence and history in Peru. We learned how it is grown, and turned in to the chocolate bar you and I enjoy today through a fun and interactive presentation. The chocolate masters also speak english. We made 2 chocolate drinks that apparently the Incas drank, and we made our own chocolates using the variety of molds, toppings and varieties of chocolate they had. the whole experience was probably 2 hours. The museum was cool too, and had cool exhibits and interactive spreads. The shop was really cool, too and had quality products. Highly recommend for the whole family.
