Cusco
Hotel Cusco Pardo. Good size rooms with enough space for 2 people and luggage. The beds are comfortable but the room can get hot and stuffy with no room ventilation (air conditioning) luckly the windows can be opened. The rooms are quiet with little or no street noise and good sleep quality. The hot water takes 5 or so minutes to arrive and when it does it's hot and good pressure. Breakfast on the top level is great and includes scrambled eggs bread rolls fruits cheese, meats and hot and cold drinks. Don't trust their WiFi to say the least it's crap and very unrealiable! My friend had good WiFi connection and mine constantly dropped out and reception had to reset the modem. Next day laundry service is reliable and cheap. Good location in walking distance to all the city attractions, city square, markets and restaurants. Great little hotel.

Room Tip: A room with an exterior window.

Stayed at this hotel as part of G Adventures trip for a total of 4 nights. 2 x 2 nights either side of Macchu Pichu. First room had a window which was unusual and faced onto the street. Second room was more typical with interior window facing onto the inner reception area. This room was dark and noisy at night as all sound from reception desk or guests sitting in lobby carried all through the building. Breakfast was on the 5th floor and was included in the room. It was typical of all the hotels but was nice that it was provided. Approx 15 minute walk to main square etc

This is in walking to the main squarely in town and the main attractions . The room are very clean . The beds are good . The shower you do need to wait about 5 or so minutes for hot water. And it is nice and hot. I have been told my a friend I am traveling with these are very good as geckos book this place. Breakfast is on level 5 witch you can walk out and see the city. And then food is very good . At nite you can go up there and take pictures .

Room Tip: There is no fitness center or pool however for a good room ask for one at the front because it has b...

Rooms in this hotel are nice and large but the noise from reception kept me awake at night with the phone constantly ringing and people coming and going in the reception area. THere is no natural light into the rooms which is also a downside. The hotel is situated a good 15 min walk from the main square. The breakfast at the hotel was awful and inedible to most.

Whilst the rooms in this hotel were nice, that was one of its only advantages. They had no outside windows, instead all facing into a central atrium and so the noise of a phone ringing or someone having a conversation there was enough to disturb you or wake you up in the night. This hotel is also a long walk from the main square in Cusco, and so is not particularly convenient. The laundry service also lost one of my tops and the staff were unapologetic.

It was part of my Gecko Grassroots tour. Very happy with service and friendliness of the staff. The staff were always there to help, indeed when ever i asked for access to the internet they gave me there laptop from behind the counter. What more can i say. The place is within walking distance to the main city centre. Shop till you drop.

Room Tip: Ask for a room away from the main street. I stayed there before and after my Inca Trek and the room...

The staff were quite welcoming when you turn up and helpful when you speak to them, although lacking a bit of awareness for customers.
Rooms were good, clean, warm and spacious with very comfortable beds.
Breakfast was a meager affair, with food that whilst fresh was not tasty and was only good to fill you up. Recommend finding another place for brekky.
Wifi is pretty shocking, limited availability and only really works in the common area or outside the rooms on the landings. Need to boost that signal a bit.
Overall the place is quiet and you can get a good nights rest here but if you are looking for more choose another place.
