If you've just arrived in Cusco, or are simply looking for good local food for a non-tourist price, this is the place to go! Just above plaza San Blas, this little pizzeria also offers great local dishes, such as papas huancaina, cuy (guinea pig), and some of the best soups in Cusco. Glasses of wine are good and cheap, and a free pisco sour is included in the mail. The atmosphere is cozy, but comfortable. Live must from San Blas square comes in through the balcony window, and the warmth of the pizza oven is welcoming for those unprepared for Cusco's cold nights. If you're lucky, the absolutely joyful son of one of the chefs might come to your table and play with you as if he's known you forever.
