great location and quality establishment. i especially commend the front desk staff (in particular Mr Jesus) for their professional attitude and recognition of SPG members. i have been a platinum member for years and this level of service is the reason for which i continue to prefer visiting SPG hotels.

The recently remodeled Palacio del Inka is a great choice in Cusco. All personnel is there for you to be comfortable, going the extra-mile if needed.
I attended an international conference, when silence during the night is needed for you to be able to properly work the next day. It was perfect!
I requested a double bed room with triple occupancy and the three of us -my daugthers (21 and 18) and me- were absolutely deligthed. Walking closet is an extra luxury.
Breakfast is varied and plentiful. Request food of your choice -French toast particularly good. I recommend the trout, a delicatessen I could not get enough of. Decaf coffee available and delicious hot chocolate too.
It is in the upper-end of the price spectrum though.

Room Tip: Request view of Qoricancha!

Great location. Nice rooms with a lot of space. The breakfast is great, hotel is beautiful and staff was helpful ( gave oxygen to my wife as she as suffering from altitude)
We recommend this hotel for a stay in Cuzco. Enjoy the luxury before going on a trek.

2 blocks from the plaza de armas city center square, what looks like it could have been a converted monastery pays excellent attention to details. One night I had a splitting head ache & the hotel sent an employee by taxi to an all night pharmacy in search of aspirin.
Amazing service, buffet breakfast of gourmet caliber.

On a recent Adventures by Disney tour we stayed two night is Cusco and really enjoyed the Palacio del Inka. Rooms were great and amenities galore. Just a few blocks from the Plaza de Arms main sqaure where all the daily excitment takes place. We also toured the Saqsaywaman Fortress for a great overview of the city of 500,000 people
