Far beyond its breathtaking style and decorations, this hotel is defined by the outstanding quality of the service you'll receive. Thanks Don Elio, Filiberto, and Clara for making us feel as part of the family!! Hands down, this is the best hotel in Cusco.

We just spent 3 nights at this beautiful hotel in the central part of Cusco. Upon arrival we were pleasantly upgraded to a jr. Suite which was a nicely appointed room . The breakfast buffet was top notch with a wide selection of foods. Dinner was excellent with first rate wait staff. Oxygen was available for those suffering altitude sickness. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

We recently stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. It is a huge hotel, you will need to get your bearings.
The rooms are fabulous, very clean with very comfortable beds, the location is good, prob around a 10 minute walk to the main square of Cusco, the breakfast was terrific with a delightful selection of foods. Staff were very helpful right through our stay.
Only a couple of small things, there is no free internet in the rooms, which I find astounding for a hotel of this standard, also the check out was at 9am, which I was also astounded about. We had a late arvo flight booked so I requested a late checkout which fortunately they obliged me with and gave us till noon. Any longer would have been an additional nights tarrif.

My wife and I were in Cusco for a short holiday and even though we expected this hotel to be good, we were positively surprised of the architecture and decoration. The service was excellent as well as the food. In the bar they served the best pisco sours we tasted in the whole trip.

Great hotel right near the main plaza in Cusco. We stayed here for one night on our way to Machu Picchu and then one night on our way back. The hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating. I am a starwood platinum member, so we were upgraded to a suite. Great room with two full rooms. The staff was also helpful in recommending sites in the area and restaurants. The interior of the hotel is quite impressive and has the look of an Incan temple. The breakfast is excellent!

As a Starwoods Preferred Guest Plus, I was offered an upgrade to a junior suite not only for me but my friends who were with me and were NOT SPG. This was very kind of the hotel to do. The hotel reception, restaurant staff, concierge were ALL EXCELLENT. The hotel is beautiful. The breakfast was included since I was SPG and it was excellent. I would highly recommend staying at this hotel.
