Compared to Machu Picchu, Sacsayhuaman (pronounced unusually like sexy woman) seems like a pile of rocks and much more of a tourist trap. It's definitely worth seeing because it is huge, but I couldn't really see that it was supposed to be a puma. Although the one geographically interesting point is the stones carved by glaciers that came through millions of years ago.
Other than that, once you leave you are subjected to a borage of locals looking to make a sole.
Make sure to purchase the sites pass as it will save you money if you are going on a day tour.
