“the cheaper part of Cusco”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 21 July 2014

When you are in Cusco you should walk through the narrow streets of San Blas. It has a lot of tinny shops with some Original souvenirs. You can also have pretty cheap and delicious food here. the plaza is pretty and the people are friendly.

“Neat church in neat neighborhood”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 12 July 2014

Great neighborhood with cafes and small restaurants and shops, nice market in the plaza, but buy a ticket and see the church. While the church in general is very nice and worth the trek, it really is all about the pulpit. WOW! Woodcarvers, be very, very jealous of this artisan's talent. They have a book on the pulpit for sale for the art historian/architecture buffs.

“Worth walking thru it”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 5 July 2014

The artsy district of the city of Cusco where you walk thru narrow streets, visiting art galleries and checking out the many stores around. It composes part of what cusco is all about, so I'd say definitely make it there and walk thru it, even if it's just for an hour or two.
