You couldn't get a better location. Picturesque and centrally located. The rooms were smallish but clean and comfortable. Staff extremely friendly and helpful. We got our favorite dinner in their restaurant. Very affordable and cozy. The chef is great!

There was nothing disappointing. The location was perfect - on the corner of a beautiful plaza. The room was small but nicely fit a king size bed and was very clean and updated. Chocolates left in the evening, bottled water always available in the room. Very friendly and helpful staff. Would stay here again and definitely recommend.

Great mid range hotel in a central location with the breakfast room over looking the Plaza de Armas so a great base for people watching and exploring the city.

We stayed here twice during our time in Peru as we had the Inca Trail in between so it was nice to come back to a familiar place after camping for 4 days. Having stayed here twice we were able to compare rooms. The first room had natural light only from a light well and no wardrobe (only a rail to hang clothes), whereas the room during our second stay was much more pleasant with with both a view overlooking the rooftops to the hills and a wardrobe to hang our clothes. As both rooms were on the same floor, the second room did provide better value for money.

All the staff were really friendly and helpful (most spoke English) when it came to finding out information, booking and advising on how much we should expect to pay for things.

Fantastic location, very friendly and warm staff. I got very sick and the hotel arranged for me to speak to a doctor in just 5 minutes. They were incredibly personable. Very comfortable and modern rooms. Shower was the best I've used in South America. Great hotel.

We loved the location of the Hotel. Right on the main square, the second floor terrace, restaurant overlooks the square, had a great view. Walking distance to major attractions in Cuzco.
They provided us with plenty of coco tea and coco candy to acclimate to the altitude.
Very friendly staff, always smiling and willing to help. I didn't get my bags for three days, the staff helped me with phone calls and follow ups. Rooms were clean and bright. We truly looked forward to morning breakfast, good choice of local fruits, cereals and breads. The chef even packed us a breakfast on one of the days we took an early tour to Macchu Picchu.
I would come back to this hotel anytime.
We were there on Christmas Eve, we went up to the terrace to see the fireworks. Great view of the city from up there.

Room Tip: We had nine people in the party. Had rooms with triple beds. Some rooms were small, but we didn'...

We just returned from a 4 days plus an additional 2 days after our Machu Picchu trip and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone. The staff was always very helpful. They had boxed breakfast ready for us because we were leaving very early for our train to MP. Loved staying during Xmas and Xmas Eve, wonderful experience.

This hotel has balconies that look over the main Plaza, it is close to everything including the San Pedro markets and lots of restaurants both in the Plaza and in the surrounding streets. We had a room for three which was a bit small and crowded with three pieces of luggage to accommodate. However that was compensated for by the friendly staff, being able to have breakfast and even morning coffee watching the crowds in the square, and by the location. Anyway there is so much to see in Cusco we were out and about and spent as little time as possible in the room.
