The room is clean, nice and warm, the beds are comfortable. The receptionists are always friendly and very professional. We had a great view from our room. The breakfast was very good for Peru. It was very good value for money.

Nice people to help you, friendly, clean, and well located. The decor, which is a classic glass-topped post and beam, lobby, is specatular. Room was quiet, and the beds quite comfortable. TV worked as well, critical with the World cup on! Breakfast was quick and delicious.

I have stayed at Hotel & Mirador Los Apus several times, and I would highly recommend it. The staff is professional, courteous, and very accommodating. They make everything about the stay comfortable and easy. I had to make several changes to my reservation, and they handled it. The front desk staff are always helpful and willing to answer questions - even when we had a lot of them. The breakfast is very nice, and the rooms are well done. The location of the hotel is also very convenient - quiet but very close to everything. They even do airport transfers. Highly recommended! :-)

Room Tip: Rooms on higher floors will be quieter - those on the first and second floor overlook the dining / reception area, so noise can travel up.

We stayed here on 2 ocassions one which is right now cant sleep because guy at front desk 'who is absoulty hopeless to say the least ' has music going the 1st time in room 205 which was horrible bearly slept due to sensor light going off every 10 seconds rooms are extremely stuffy 2nd time toilet leaks shower ends up with more water on the floor than in drain was just shocking all round bearly speak any english at all and the system to get into the complex consists of standing at the door and knocking for 3 minutes until getting staffs attention to buzz you in is ridiculous a simple door bell system would help greatly all in all horrible hotel

Dear guest, thank you for your review. We are sorry you did not like your room. We have corrected several things you pointed out. In the case of the door bell, I want to explain that it has been installed for security reasons. We have added now an automatic sensor to improve that aspect.

I loved staying at Los Apus. The rooms are warm and cozy, beds are comfortable, the staff is kind and helpful and the breakfast (included) is great. The San Blas area has lots to do and is close enough to the main square without being too loud and busy. I've stayed at a few places in Cusco, this is the only one I would choose to visit again. Highly recommended.
