The hotel offers the expected quality of a good American chain. Very good room, clean and with plenty space. The air conditioning is very good too. This can be especially handy if you are travelling during cold weather. The staff is very courteous. Good restaurant, a little more expensive than the regular prices in Cusco. Good breakfast too. I recommend the hotel’s SPA but not the gym. Don’t bring any workout clothes, the gym is not good. The hotel offers a beautiful view of Cusco city due to its location on a hill. The hotel’s location ends up becoming a downside due to the distance to the city center and historical attractions. If you like to walk it’s around 30 minutes to Plaza de Armas but I don’t recommend returning to the hotel walking because you will have to climb a steep hill. Taxi from the hotel to the city center are not expensive, around 5 Sol.
