“Excellent hotel in Cusco”
Reviewed 24 March 2012

My wife and I had two stays here one of two nights and a onenighter in March 2012. It is low rise and the rooms are based around 3/4 courtyards. Both our rooms were spacious, nice large comfortable bed and good clean bathrooms. Both our rooms were very quiet, particularily considering the city centre location. Breakfast is buffet style with the option of eggs made to order. There is a restaurant which we used once for a quick snack and was perfectly ok. Staff are very helpful. Free wifi. The hotel is about 5-10 minutes stroll to Cusco's main square. Happy to recommend.

Great location, great breakfast, fine service, wonderful and very inexpensive (by American standards) massages, nice local person selling her fine-quality wool products. The rooms are not huge, so this hotel would not be ideal for someone who needs to spend a lot of time in his room. But for a base for travels in the magnificent city of Cuzco, you cannot find a better spot.

What I love about the Casa Andina chain is the local flavor it has. Staff are very friendly and helpful, less uptight than international chains I'd say. The hotel is very nicely decorated with a traditional south american touch. The rooms are not as fancy as one might think, being part of the private collection, but I think they're great compared to other hotels in Peru.

This hotel is located very close to the major sites, all of them by a walking distance. Our room was spacious, clean and very confortable. The staff was the best! Jesus the concierge, Ivan the front desk agent and Susana the waitress, just for saying some of the names that we remember. Everybody was very helpful, friendly and ready to assist you any time you need them. I highly recomend this hotel.

We stayed here on two occasions in February 2012. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. The breakfasts (included) were great. Lots of variety, eggs cooked to order, fresh fruit, etc.. The location is good, easy walking distance to the main plaza and San Blas area. The service in the hotel and restaurant were excellent, the staff friendly and helpful. The hotel is on the expensive side and the prices for dinner were somewhat high. Overall, a very good choice for a hotel in Cusco

Very happy with the service and customer service at the Casa Andina Private Collection Cusco .
I enjoyed the range of food during breakfast and they even supplied oxygen to assist with my altitude sickness.
Try this hotel if you go to Cusco.

This property is centrally located and within walking distance of all the major sites. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Lovely breakfast.
We used the restaurant facilities and we had excellent service. The food was well presented and delicious and we had good choice. Alejandro was one of the waiters that attended to us on 3 continuous days and he was extremely polite, friendly, helpful and made us feel very welcome and was very accomodating of our requests.
