I went to Costa Verde last year for a dinner buffet on a Monday. It was good but not excellent and definitely not good enough for the price. I used a coupon for it so it wasn't such a big problem. Today I gave it another try for the Sunday lunch buffet. It was really good and I would return. There were many things to choose from. I liked everything I ate, there was food made with fish, shellfish, pasta, sushi, maki and of course traditional food (comida criolla). Try the baby pig and the tiraditos. I liked very much the dessert area, there were many fruits and desserts to choose from. Don't miss the picarones. Another great thing about this buffet is that they have a live show with Peruvian music and dances.

The location is the key to this restaurant. On the beach with a large white tent structure and cool ocean breezes make for great ambiance. I have gone to this restaurant a year ago and had better food and waiters so maybe just event.

The food is average quality and when pointed out to the waiter nothing was done. This is one of the more costly restaurants in Lima but the food has never equaled the value proposition or justified the view.

This place is a great place to eat Steaks, chops and chorizo in Lima, Peru. Located beachside with amazing views of the ocean, city and mountain tops. Affordable, family friendly and great for parties and cater events. A visit to Lima isn't the same without visiting Costa Verde first.

The buffet in this place is supposed to be the largest in the world, as it has a guiness world record. But when I was there there was no such thing.

The food they had was Very tasty and the Pisco Sour was one of the best tried.

The view is amazing and the service was great.

I spent a dinner buffet there and only saw around 40 different (including dishes, dessert, meat, sushi, salad items) options which were average quality when compared to hole in the wall restaurants. The sushi was the only thing that was really good but it was so scarce, such small amounts were prepared at a time.

I spent 45 soles ($17 USD), 50% off the regular price, bought off Groupon so I was able to see what was being served, they fell really short on the amount of dishes they claimed were going to be there as was stated on Groupons site.... Lying Peruvians, whats new??

Pretentious, disappointing and not even worth a third of the money.
