Like many, we stayed here on both ends of our Gate 1 tour. The hotel and staff were excellent. Breakfast had everything we needed. The potatoes were particularly good. Internet was strong in both rooms we had, and we used the internet center to print boarding passes. I believe it had 5 terminals. The hotel has an excellent location, and we walked to many places. I would stay jere again.

Room Tip: When we were in 212, there was a little bit of noise from the open lobby. 418 was a corner room and...

I found this hotel through this site. I was in Lima for the Agritech Peru show and looked for something in Miraflores, The hotel is located right near the park, and about 10 minutes from the beach and a nice commercial center (In front of the Marriot hotel).
Also there is a supermarket very close by with huge selection.

The hotel itself is clean and tidy. Rooms are roomy and the bathroom is very nice. and had no issues with the Wi-Fi.
The service - In the restaurant, getting a taxi and help with your luggage is excellent.

Only complaint I have (That's why I didn't gave it 5 stars) is about the the breakfast, not that it's not good but I stayed there for 10 days and I was really starting to get annoyed by the none existing selection...

Also don't waste your money on eating dinner or lunch in the hotel restaurant, they charge too much and there are excellent restaurant very close to the hotel - Near the park or in the commercial center ( Just search trip advisor ;) )

Solid hotel to base yourself out of when in Lima. I was told the Casa Andina chain has only been around for a few years in Peru. This location is solid and well-priced. We came via a travel agent recommendation, but it seems to be popular for tour groups.

Easy walking distance to anything in Miraflores, and we even walked to San Isidro from here as well.

Pros:
- clean
- great location
- free wi-fi
- basic fitness center - no bikes, and 2 treadmills and elliptical are the older style, but they work fine if you're just needing to get some exercise to burn off those pisco sours and awesome food in Lima!
- non-smoking
- free breakfast is very good - eggs, grilled potatoes with onions, breads, hard boiled eggs, yogurt, fruit, and some ham and cheeses

No real cons.

The rooms are a decent size. Mattress is a little firm and I prefer chains that give more toiletries since I pack light (shampoo, lotion and soap only), but these are pretty minor. Regarding the water issue, we just went around the corner and purchased a couple of large bottles for drinking and for brushing our teeth. You can buy the water in the lobby, but it's cheaper to pick it up elsewhere, especially if you're staying for a few days.

They told us not to drink the tap water, but they don't provide bottled water in the rooms. We were told we could buy water from an employee standing by the elevators, which we had to do.
We had to leave before breakfast opened, but it appeared to be an extensive and good breakfast.
The room was large and very nice.
Wi-Fi worked well in the room. They also have a business center with 5 computers and a printer.
Except for the charge for water, I would have rated it 5.

We stayed in this hotel for two nights prior to flying to Cusco and then one night on returning.

Checking in and checking out were quick (unlike many hotels we have stayed in). Each of the two rooms we stayed in were large, clean with an enormous, comfortable bed. There was a good variety of food for breakfast. The facility to check in for our onward flights online was free.

Because of the shortness of our stay I cannot say too much for its location, except that the Pacific Ocean is just a 15 minute stroll away and is well worth a visit.

All in all I cannot fault this hotel.

This was the first place we stayed in Peru. Everyone was very nice and helpful. The rooms were clean and had everything we needed. Close to Lima's downtown, 10 minute walk maybe. Starbucks is close as well!!

We stayed two nights in this hotel. It is located in Miraflores which is nice and pretty safe. It is very convenient too. There is a supermarket close by. We bought a box of coca tea and water (sin gas, not sparkling). One major drawback is noises came from streets. It seems to be 24/7 nonstop. I am a light sleeper so the second night I used ear plugs to help me sleep. Hope they can install better windows and curtains to absorb noises.
