“Comfort, location, service.”

This is a very discreet and yet centrally located hotel. One cannot think of a better business location in Lima. The service is great, friendly staff and excellent value for money.

It has only two dissadvantages - average breakfast choice and humidity in some of the rooms but nothing fatal.

This hotel is excellent¡¡
Location is in a beatiful area of Lima, safe. But this city is big so we used taxis rather than walking. Cabs are very cheap, between 3 and 5 dollars. Trasportation from the airport: Greencabs just outside the luggage pickup, U$22.
Check in and out fast and easy
Very big room with a supersize king bed. Bathroom with shower and separate jacuzzi. Good pillows. Excellent breakfast.
Definitely going back

I've been to Lima more than 10 times in the last 4 years, and this has been the best hotel I've stayed at. It's modern, clean, perfectely located, staff is extremely helpful, and I would sincerely recommend it.
Breakfast buffet is decent and the wifi connection is not as strong as I'd have hoped. Other than those two things, nothing to complaint about.

I was surprise to find this nice hotel for such great price/location, we usually stay at the JW Marriott or The Westin because of reward programs/travelers. But this time we chose the NM because of its great reviews. I'm glad we did. Breakfast was wonderful. It's located in the safest area in Lima, walking distance to Huaca Puccllana (archeological site). You may walk to Larcomar (15 minutes) or just take a taxi (5minutes ride). Two blocks from Conquistadores Avenue, where you can find wonderful restaurants, cafes, and boutiques. The best of all was that the staff was very nice and helpful.

We stayed in this hotel while on business in Lima. Our stay was rather long (almost 2 weeks) and the hotel was an excellent base for us.
It is well located, in San Isidro a nice upper class area of lima. It is about 2min walk from Conquistadores street, (basically step out of the hotel and walk to your right then right again at the first traffic light) a lovely street with nice boutiques, many restaurants, banks, hairdressers, flower shop, cafes, wine shop etc.

The hotel is also conveniently located within 5 min walk to a major supermarket (wong) which is well stocked, and cheap; it sells wine, beers, deli food like french cheeses and baguettes, fresh juices, ( it was nice to have the option to eat something else then Peruvian food).
Nearby (about 2 minutes walk) there is a beautiful park, which is a nice to get out a little or if you like to go for a run outside.

The hotel is beautiful, the lobby feels like a mix of art gallery meets lounge bar, it looks clean and spacious, and the team at front desk was excellent, not just on our arrival but during our entire stay. Alberto was of great help assistance everytime we needed help.

Our room faced the back of the hotel, it was nice & large, with a beautiful lounge area, tv and mini bar, a big bed (though i found the bed a bit too hard and the pillows too high - but that’s my personal taste). It was quiet from external noise (street, cars, people)
But one thing i found was a bit of a shame is that you cannot open the window in the room and it can get a bit stuffy. The air conditionner unit worked well, but got a little noisy. I do think that this is something you can live with for a short stay, but having stayed here for 2 weeks i cannot say i had the best sleep - even though the place was actually very quiet.

The bathroom was very spacious, with a good size shower with good water pressure and hot water, a spa bath, double sinks, and well stocked with bath products such as neutrogena soaps, shower gel, body lotion, cotton, showers cap, hair dryer...We had plenty of towels, and really nice bathrobes.
One thing i found really wonderful in the bathroom was the double outlet for plugs one for 110W and another for 220W so i did not need to use my converter.

The room was cleaned daily, and spotless every time.
I loved walking in the room at the end of the day, after housekeeping had come by to set up the bed for night time, leaving a few chocolates and switching on the bedside lights. It felt cosy and nice to walk into that room, like they were waiting for us to come home.

Breakfast was included, and nice; the usual scrambled eggs, potatoes, and french toast were available, along with a local dish lomo saltado (a sort of beef stir fry is the best i can describe it) fresh fruit (pineapple, watermelon, kiwi, orange, and many more) yogurt, pastries, juices, cold meat. Most of it is a self service buffet except for the coffee and tea and bread, which they serve at the table.
Once we got tired of the buffet we actually ordered omelettes etc, pretty much whatever we felt like -within a breakfast menu - and it was never a problem. so it’s good to know you are not limited to the buffet.

The restaurant is great, ask for both menus (the cafeteria and the other one) you can order from either menu when you dine in the formal restaurant.
There is also a bar lovely for evening drinks (where payment by credit card never seems to work, a few people mentioned this too.)

The gym is located on the 8th floor, is was a good size gym with cardio equipment and weights. there is a small outdoor area off the gym with 4 sun beds.

The hotel was extremely clean, (i have never seen stairs and floors being scrubbed and mopped so much anywhere before), the staff welcoming and helpful, the food was good, and internet access excellent. Overall i would say this place is a great place to stay especially on a short trip.

I am not a fan of big hotels with a corporate look, but we had a very good stay at NM Lima. We stayed there 3 nights. The reception team was very friendly and extremely helpful with all our requests (mainly how to get around the city, where to find a supermarket, etc). The location, in Miraflores, is great. Just where you have to be. Our daughters had a very large room next to ours. We appreciated the complementary "pisco sour" cocktail at arrival and we had a delicious dinner at the sushi bar.

After spending three months backpacking in South America and staying on campings and in budget hostels it was nice to splurge at the end of the trip. The hotel is situated in the (safe) Miraflores/San Isidro, which has quite a western feel to it. There is a large shopping center at walking distance and the hotel has taxis standing by if you want to go further (the beach, airport, etc).

The staff was friendly and helpful; and the rooms were clean, although it lacked a bit of ambience.

The included breakfast was superb, and provided the kickstart we needed before travelling for 24h back home.
