This hotel is clean comfortable and centrally located. Our breakfast was included in our price and the breakfast buffet was great. what I really enjoyed was the location close to central park and the pacfic ocean. I would highly reccomend to stay there.

Be prepared for poor service! Check in was very unorganized. This hotel was part of our Peru package so had no say on it. Our room had 3 twin beds for the 2 of us which made it crowded, but nothing special. Overlooked the street so was very noisy. There was only 1 dirty towel in the bathroom. At 4:30 I called housekeeping for towels for us. Was told 20 minutes. We went to dinner, and when we returned checked with the front desk about the towels. Was told they would call housekeeping. At 6:30 we called housekeeping again, and once again was told 20 minutes. We went to bed at 7:00 PM because of an early flight. At 10:30 there was a pounding on our door and a guy yelling he was from housekeeping. At last our towels! Sometime during the night there was screaming in the hallway also. We went to the dining room around 5:00 AM to find a staff member sleeping on some of the chairs there. He and the cook could later be heard yelling at each other in the kitchen. I can't say that what was there qualified as any type of a breakfast. No English. My husband was brought a half cooked egg which he couldn't eat. There were odd pastries. I later heard from another person from our small group who said that when they left the hotel at 8:30, they, and others still hadn't gotten any clean towels. Be aware that like most other hotels we encountered while in Peru, they do not provide drinking water for you. You must provide your own bottled water. If pictures are included in this review, they aren't mine.

The hotel overall was clean and comfortable. The spreads in the morning for the continental breakfasts were awesome. There was an abundance of fruits out every morning. The hotel is only a short walk out to the bluffs, I think the only other hotel closer is the J.W. Marriott. There is a mall built right into the bluffs called Larcomar. There are places to eat there along with some more familiar stores. The staff always seemed more than accommodating. The Bell hops were always a wealth of information when it came to getting around. There is a supermarket close to the hotel also where you can pick up necessities if needed which is a plus. Walking out of the hotel you turn right and head up to the corner and then make a left and its down that street. I didn't do much else besides sleep here in between my hops to other areas in the country and it worked out really well.

The hotel was nice and clean although the rooms were not large it was just enough space for 1 or 2 persons in the standard room with 1 king. The hotel is just a 10 minute walk to Parque Del Amor and I felt safe walking around the neighborhood. Although traffic is outrageous just like most of Lima. We stayed with a group and our breakfast consisted of 2 types of bad cereal and although plenty of hot serving trays all it had was a tray of scrambled eggs. The juices were set out and not iced so depending on when you got there, you either had nice cool juice or warm. Tried the room service and it was fast but food came....it was blah. The complimentary wifi worked very well.

Stayed here for 2 nights as part of an organized tour. It has a wonderful Miraflores location. However, the hotel atmosphere, facilities, cleanliness, and overall image leave much to be desired. The dining room is windowless; the rooms require updating. There are better options in the same area.

We stayed in this hotel for 2 nights as part of our tour of peru,a very quick check-in and straight to our room ( 208 ) the room was small but was ok for just 2 nights, there were 2 beds and got a good nights sleep, there was a flat screen tv on the wall, plus a built in wardrobe and safe. A bathroom with shower over the small bath plus the wash basin a nd toilet. The breakfast was included and it was ok, there was plenty for breakfast which did include sushi and scrambled and fried eggs, on one morming we got chicken ( it had been deep ried a bit like a cheap version of kfc ) there was plenty fresh fruit and juice plus great tasteing coffee, also fresh bread and cakes, the quality was ok and to be honest there was something for everyone so you didnt go hungry.I would say that the hotel could do with some updating. This hotel is in a good location and very close to an array of resturants and bar, the area is very safe and only a 10 min walk to the ocean seafront and its shopping centre

I stayed at this hotel as part of a travel package. The location is fabulous. Its within walking distance of the oceanfront, "famous" parks and major streets. The room itself was pretty clean but the hair dryer was filthy. An outlet in the bathroom had both voltages available. I'm always glad I travel with earplugs! I could hear everything which seemed to be pretty standard at the hotels I stayed at in Peru; seriously ... I heard all four wheels of the maid's cart in the hallway.
