We stayed 3 nights and we loved it. Great location in miraflores, close to everything you need. The staff are helpful and speak good English. Rooms are nice, the patio areas are cosy and everything is cleaned daily. Breakfast is basic but delicious. We have already booked to come back :)

If you're looking for a place where you feel at home, than you finded it. In addition, it is nice (many flowers, a small fountain, a ground yard surrounded by small varandahs). What else? Very well located (at Miraflores heart), fair prices and fair breakfast. If you're crazy about privacy (and I meam really crazy), you might find the rooms too close to each other and will not feel comfortable enough to keep your windows opened, but for us, it was just fine. I do recommend it.

Very charming place, my room was comfortable with nice amenities, including a water pitcher, wonderful shower and comfortable double bed. The outdoor patio is wonderful, and a very nice simple breakfast was a great bonus. In a wonderful area with a very accommodating staff.

I have stayed in this hoetl about 5 times, with friends, with spouse and on business. It is well priced and near everything in Miraflores. It is a series of connected old houses amongst the sky scrapers so each room is different. A few are on the small side but for the price and the location--fanstastic. The staff is quite helpful and they will arrange to pick you up at the airport for a reasonable price. Their drivers will take you anywhere for about $11 an hour which is great for groups. The greatest challenge here is getting a reservation as the place is usually full and it is not that large.

We loved the location of this hotel which was within walking distance to Kennedy Park in Miraflores on a very quiet street. We stayed twice during our trip to Peru and both times were delighted with the rooms. Room #21 (a triple) and Room #18 (also a triple). Taxis were arranged (but paid for by us) and could always be counted on. Wifi was sketchy the 2nd time but worked just fine in the lobby. The only criticism I have with this hotel is their breakfast which lacked in variety, fruit, flair. We had better breakfasts everywhere else we stayed throughout Peru.

Room Tip: If you're booking a triple, ask for #21 or #18, both on the 2nd floor patio. Just delightful!
