Hotel is located in the Miraflores district of Lima city which is a nice location accessible to the amenities. Convenient store accross the street, restaurants around, and a 10 minute walk to Larcomar shopping and restaurants overlooking the beach.
The room we were in was a good size room for 3 beds, clean with plenty of table/desk to put your stuff on. Bathroom was a good size with toiletries, clean, and shower working good. AC is not really good, it was a bit warm even if turned on to the desired temperature. Free Wi-Fi in the room and all areas, connection has good speed. Breakfast is good with cold and hot food. Staff are friendly, helpful, and attentive to your needs. Overall, we had a good experience.

We stayed at this hotel during a Gate One tour of Peru. It was absolutely the worst because of the problems.
ii. Water was an issue- We came in late, near midnight and the hotel had no free water. They only had sparkling water in minibar which cost nearly $4 a bottle. All stores were closed.
iii. We did not use the water, but the hotel tried to charge us for it anyway.
iv. Staff was rude and no help
v. When we changed money at the hotel, they gave us $50’s and some change. It was nearly impossible to change that $50 note. When we tried to break the note in to smaller denominations, they refused.
vi. Plugs near the desk were not working
vii. I took photos of the exposed wiring which could have been very dangerous
viii. The hot water was not working for about 5 hours in the afternoon when everyone was trying to get ready for the final dinner. No water come out of the hot water side
ix. There was banging on the pipes all afternoon when we were trying to rest
x. Definitely NOT up to the Gate One Standard.
xi. I would suggest that Gate One drop this hotel immediately!!!

Nice hotel, only a few blocks walk from coastal parks and a very nice outdoor mall along the cliff side overlooking the beaches. Located on a busy street, with heavy traffic but only a 6 block walk from the huge inca and Indian marketplaces and Kennedy park & many restaurants and stores. The hotel has 8 floors & has a nice restaurant dining area and a cocktail lounge located on the 2nd floor.

We stayed at this Hotel as part of an OAT trip to Peru. The staff is very helpful, the restaurant in the Hotel has decent food for breakfast and a late night dinner and the location in the Miraflores district is excellent for visiting the city. I would have given this hotel 4 stars if it wasn't for the noise. The hotel does not have AC so you need to open a window unless you want to put up with the roar of a fan. There is a lot of construction going on in Miraflores and there is no curfew so if you stay here, be prepared for noise, bring ear plugs. Otherwise a good hotel.

The location is walking distance from the "nice side of lima" The city is very ugly so we got to stay in this nice area near the mall and husiness centers lits to eat nearby. We had to wake up at 4 am and we asked for breakfast at 5 but they did not serve it until 5 30 so that was dissapointing because we had to leave at 5 30.
