It is the second time I have been at the hotel.
Overall the experience has been great.
Facilities are fairly new and well maintained. Wi-fi works well everywhere in the premises.
Breakfast and their complimentary pisco sauer are excellent.

Some points that could be better, so do not expect a great wow during a visit:
- Restaurant meal is good, but wine selection is close to nothing
- Gym is very shy, so if two people go at the same time, you may need to wait

This is a good hotel in Miraflores. It is about a 10 or 15 minute walk to Locamar and the beach areas. Our room only had a shower. The beds and breakfast were good.

Check in and out was very quick.

I would stay at this hotel again.

Stayed here twice in June. Had a great room on an upper floor in the corner. So quiet and one of the cleanest best laid out bathrooms in a five start hotel. The hotel was reasonably priced compared to other five star hotels, is very functional. The restaurant food is very good, although there are many bars and restaurants within 5 mins walk which are well worth checking out. Very nice area. Hotel lacks a full gym; it has a couple of running machines.

Room Tip: Higher floors are quieter.

I stayed here with my family, in two separate rooms, for 4 nights. Despite making the reservation in plenty of advance and requesting adjoining rooms, we were on separate floors, which was not very convenient.

The hotel seems newer than some, the lobby and restaurant are nice and updated, but both of our rooms were not perfect - there was a rather strong moldy smell in the bathrooms that affected the whole room. This was odd because the bathrooms were super clean. But the smell was quite bothersome and we had to keep windows open to air out the rooms (which then made the rooms very cold).

The front desk staff was not the nicest, not the most helpful. They were not very accommodating, didn't do anything beyond basic service. The restaurant and bar staff was friendly and helpful, bartender was excellent. The free breakfast buffet was nice, but not extraordinary, very basic.

Hotel location is definitely great, close to major shopping, parks, transportation, and restaurants. Rooms are small, but clean and comfortable and if it wasn't for the strong smell we would've enjoyed our stay.

This hotel has all the benefits of a Sheraton -- the beds are incredibly comfortable, the pillows are little slices of heaven's clouds, and the rooms have heat/air conditioning that works. I am thinking of purchasing the pillows off Sheraton's website, which tells you how well I slept. We were traveling as part of a group and received a "welcome pisco sour" that was delicious (though 1/3 the size of a regular pisco sour that we ordered after the first one simply whetted our appetites). All of these benefits add up to five stars --- however --- most (but not all) of the desk staff are unfriendly and unhelpful, which downgrades this hotel 1 star. Their attitude, especially that of one of the women, was basically "Why do I need to do anything for these gringos." (I don't know if "gringo" is the Spanish word for "guest" but it was often used by the staff when inquiring about requests we made). The morning we left, our group was supposed to have an early continental breakfast set out for us, and the only thing there was toast and juice. The server in the restaurant was so busy clearing away the dirty dishes from the night before, that he was nearly impossible to get a hold of for tea or coffee. Eventually someone asked him to open the cereal canisters that were in plain view, but he refused to get any milk, either for the cereal or the coffee. Service like that is hard to come by.

The hotel is fairly new and is in a great location. In addition to being able to walk to most of the restaurants, most of the major attractions were also within walking distance. Kennedy Park, aka the Cat Park, and City Hall were right behind the hotel. Huaca Pucllana and Larcomar (albeit in different directions ) are both a ~15 minute walk away. Vivanda, an upscale supermarket is about 2 minutes away from the hotel.

Note re: cabs. If you are taking a cab from the airport, make sure you take the Airport Taxi Green which is the official taxi. It will cost 50 soles. Also, if you need to take a cab from the hotel, ask the bellman or concierge to hail a cab on the street for you and have them negotiate the rate for you before you step into the cab. The cabs that are waiting in front of the hotel will charge you more than double the regular rate.

Despite being a new-ish hotel, our room smelled a bit moldy when we arrived.

We are SPG Gold members but didn't feel like we were treated as such. The front desk was not particularly friendly and never once acknowledged that we were SPG members which was disappointing.

This hotel was incredibly comfortable. Upon arrival, the staff were friendly and the front desk was able to check me into a room early since I sprained my ankle about a block away from the hotel and needed to rest and see a doctor (which the hotel can also provide). The pillows in this hotel were THE BEST I've ever experienced in any hotel. Call the desk and ask for more.

The hotel is nicely renovated, very modern, and includes complimentary breakfast buffet for all guests. There's a nice variety of food and coca tea, so eat breakfast there each morning since you're already paying for it.

The rooms are comfortable, functional, and include everything you need to feel settled. Shower is big, bathroom is a nice size and there's toiletries in case you forgot your shampoo or something.

Desk staff are extremely friendly and will change money, provide directions, or give recommendations for food or tour spots if you ask. Everyone speaks English if Spanish is difficult for you and the hotel bar is a great spot to meet fellow travelers and have a nice, refreshing Pisco Sour.
