“Great Service”

The staff provided excellent service, especially the front desk representative Bertha. We took a spur of the moment 48 hour trip to Peru and were wow-ed by the hospitality and assistance shown to us at this hotel. Staffers greeted us by name and were able to arrange all of our travel and tour reservations while in Peru and recommend excellent local dining locations. Bertha consistently went out of her way to make sure that we truly enjoyed our experience in Miraflores and constantly checked up with us and kept us informed of any updates to our plans.

Room Tip: Rooms in the front have a view of the Brazilian Embassy and rooms in the back have a view of the Pac...

me and my fiance went to Peru to visit her family and some friends that we have there. we found this brand new hotel online and we gave it a try. We stayed there for a few days. The attention was pretty good from the beginning starting with the bellman , Omar , to the checking at the front desk that helps us a lot with our boarding passes. i really liked the breakfast and its options. Since its a new hotel its really good but they have options to be better like the problem with the remote control and the cable box in the rooms. the pool its no climate control yet so sometimes its really chilly.
But overall it was a good option and i like the service.

We stayed one night at the hotel...was a last minute booking and the price was reasonable for 4 star hotel in the Miraflores area of Lima. Was impressed by the modern spaces , furnishings and heated pool in the hotel description when I booked it. However didn't realize that the hotel was brand new. It opened the week we arrived so you could still smell the odor of construction dust and there were many issues that still needed to be fixed...like putting up room numbers on the doors so you can find your room....or filling up the pool which we didn't get to use...or faulty electrical boxes that caused power to turn on and off at random....or intermittent banging from the air conditioning.....or that there was a huge leak in the Ceiling of the lobby.

however, with any new hotel, these issues will be eventually ironed out. The positive of this hotel is its ambience...and friendly staff. The furnishings are new. modern and comfortable. Rooms are a nice size and some rooms have a view of the ocean if you are on a high enough floor. The pool is on the roof and although not filled yet, we could see that it I will be a nice area to relax after a day of sight seeing. They have a fitness area although small with limited equipment but they do have a sauna which we didn't try out. Breakfast was decent but not many choices. Staff was friendly and tried to fix any issues but you could see they had many. Given a little time I'm sure all the issues well be resolved and this will be a great place to stay.
