Everything was very good, the breakfast is above average and the prices and menus for a la carte services is good too. The only thing they could do better, is to provide coffee for the on-suite Nespresso machines every day, they only do it for a night despite how many nights you are staying, which looks a little cheap for a 4 star hotel.

Room tip: choose a room with rear view, so you see the ocean and the "Malecom"

Looks like a very nice hotel from the outside but the lobby gets very hot during the day and it's very uncomfortable if you're waiting to check in. Check in time is unusually late for a hotel. Wasn't able to check in until 3pm and they made us wait a little longer. Service was not above and beyond.

The staff was exceptional and very helpful. Carlos M at the front desk went out of his way to assist us with all our needs. The rooms were very clean and well maintained. A nice location in the miraflores district, close to restaurants, banks and shopping. The breakfast provided a nice variety.

Clean, modern and comfortable hotel. We stayed at one of the suite (junior suite i think) It was smaller than what we saw on the website but very comfortable. Friendly staff from those at reception to those in the restaurant. Good breakfast with lots of variety which we thoroughly enjoyed. Room service was very quick. The only downside was the few irons and ironing boards they had as we had to wait a long time for them and paying for the bottled water in the rooms. The gym which is on the top floor with the bar is small yet efficiently equipped. The rooftop pool has wonderful views and was always kept clean. I would definitely recommend this hotel if one is staying in the Miraflores district.

We stayed at the wonderful hotel on a business trip to Lima. The company selected this location and we were beyond satisfied. The rooms were nice for this size hotel, but what made this stay especially memorable were the people. We do not speak Spanish and everyone was helpful. We especially appreciated a bell man named Omar, I had left my cell phone charger in our previous hotel and he offered to lend me his, when he found out that it did not work for my phone he told me where to go in the neighborhood to buy a new one. This man literally saved our trip. His smile at the door brightened our morning. We ate dinner every night in the hotel restaurant, the waiter, Renato, helped me find things on the menu that I would enjoy. We also visited the rooftop bar everyday after work for a Pisco Sour. Oscar was great to talk to.
