Location is good but not in main BLV .
Room was ok but something was wrong with tub .
Breakfast wasn't good. Every thing else about this hotel was average . If it was 4* hotel for sure I would rate it 5 out of 5 but if you looking for a real 5* hotel , this hotel will disappointing you .

My wife and I celebrated my 40th birthday in Lima Peru and stayed in this hotel that was great. The staff was very helpful and indicated us all around. They provided great advice as to were to eat, shop, what tours and were to get them. They told us were to go for the best exchange rates around the area and the guided us to find the best night spots. The breakfast in the hotel (included in our price) was great. Ample hot food buffet with many native fruits and juices. The gym was good (small) and the location was great. I would highly recommend this place.

Room Tip: Make sure that your blackouts are completely blacking out. Ours were not. It is a earthquake area so...

The breakfast is included with the rate.Fresh fruits, local and american dishes are among the buffet carrousel. The service staff is very, very friendly and smiley all of the time. Rooms are large and well equipped. Wifi also is included with the rate and works quite fast.

I discovered that hotel a few years ago and stayed there a couple of weeks for business. Since, every time I have to be in that business area of Lima, I visit them again. They always make my stay enjoyable

The attention and the employees would bend backwards to please you. The facilities and the rooms are always kept very clean. the restaurant is good as the quality of the food. two corners from avenida Benavides and avenida Jose Larco. Very convenient if you have business in that part of Lima, or just want to enjoy Miraflores, San Isidro and the good life and restaurants that are there.
An important point for me, its location makes it quite safe and you may have secure taxis to go back and forth. You may find the rooms a bit expensive, but if you negotiate for the corporate rates, this is reasonable.

After a not so attractive drive from the airport passing a lot of supermarket-sized casinos scattered through bleak and dark neighbourhoods late at night, it was a delight to arrive in Miraflores and to enter the attractive lobby of this hotel. It was just before midnight and we were welcomed warmly by all of the staff on duty. This friendliness and willingness to assist continued throughout the two nights and day we stayed at this hotel. It's been written elsewhere that the rooms could be in need of a refurbishment. That could apply to our room as well. However as nothing was showing signs of wear it was more the colour scheme that made is seemed old-fashioned. In spite of this the room was a good size with beds, a table and chairs and a small kitchenette. We slept comfortably in a quiet room and enjoyed good breakfasts in the much brighter dining room, half a level up from the reception area. Miraflores is a very pleasant and relaxing neighbourhood. The hotel staff was helpful with dining suggestions for the second night as there are many modern restaurants within a short walk of the accommodation. There was free wifi in the room and a modern business suite on the ground floor. Recommended.

We enjoyed our time at the hotel - collectively three nights spread over two trips. The staff was attentive, responsive to requests, and provided all of the basic services one needs. Our second stay gave us a much larger room, complimentary, than our first. Overall a very solid, established hotel in a great area. Within a few blocks, on the same street, are some outstanding fish eating places. No need to go to La Mar - the well know tourist spot that is very good but some distance away.

We just stayed in Lima one night because the next day we were connecting to a flight to Cusco.

This hotel was booked by our travel agent in Argentina so we don't blame her.

The hotel was a good 30-45 minute drive from the airport. We drove through some very, very unsavory neighborhoods to get there. However, when we drove back to the airport we took a different route and ended up driving through a neighborhood that houses some different embassies and the house where the President lives.

Once we pulled up to our hotel we were greeted very quickly by a wonderful young man who took our bags to our rooms. The young woman who checked us in was incredibly polite and spoke English very well.

The lobby is kind of cool and modern. She showed us where the breakfast would be served in the morning.

We had high expectations at this point. Then we got to the room. The hotel is carpeted with really out of date carpet. It looks shabby and really dates the place. Our room, 801 was large but kind of sparse. Again, the carpet was kind of gross and made the room dark. We had a view of every rooftop and back door in the neighborhood.

The bathroom was kind of institutional. They did have really good toiletries I should add.

We ordered room service around 11:30pm and although it took a couple of tries to find someone who spoke English we eventually did and what we ordered was wonderful.

We slept well. The bed was a bit wobbly, so that when my husband would turn over in his sleep the whole bed would wobble.

The next morning I went up to get on the treadmill and although it was freezing out there was a lovely gentleman cleaning up who I visited with. The gym is very adequate and gives you a nice city view while you work out.

The breakfast buffet was very good with many options for hot items, fruits, and juices.

Again, the service was excellent with many English speaking staff members but the room was so shabby I just can't give it a great rating. I would love to return after a renovation!

Room Tip: Ask for an ocean view.
