The atmosphere here was business like and formal. Food was obviously in the creative sphere and represents something different and rare to find. We were not blown away by the tastes, but tried combinations we've never seen before. Many say that this restaurant does thing more complicated than they should. That may be so if you judge it in professional/gastronomical terms. To us mere travellers wanting to see new fascinating restaurant we really liked it. If the place could adopt a lighter atmosphere among their waiters this might go better along with the food. The atmosphere and "dress code" invites to fine dining. The food that comes on your plate almost invites you to dance...!
