This is a great place a with a very interesting concept. Everything is locally sourced including their liquors which they distill themselves from cane sugar. We tried three different cocktails all of which were delicious.
They don't have a fixed menu, instead they have a chalk board with dishes based on the fresh ingredients available on the day. Unfortunately we weren't very hungry so only tried some of their starters and deserts, both of which were very tasty.
The service was also great with many detailed explanations of all the dishes and ingredients.
