If you miss your hometown coffeehouse, go here. Good food, beautiful atmosphere. Not "Peruvian" though, if you're looking for authentic. Just a good place to take a break and have some greens (I missed green food!).

Yoshi's is a pleasant restaurant with quality food, the steak pizza is to die for! It has a comfortable atmosphere and the hosts are friendly and attentive. Our group went their a few times and were welcomed each time. My girlfriend was missing thanksgiving back home and Yoshi kindly donated sushi to our group to celebrate thanksgiving which was really kind! Another plus is that the white wine is cheap and nice quality.

Yoshi's restaurant serves a thin crust pizza made from corn, quinoa and kiwichoo (sp?) which is a delicious change from wheat. Our topping featured lama salami and quinoa greens along with local cheese.

Worth the trip

Haven't had pizza in the last 3 months of travel in South America so this was great. Nice thin crust gluten free pizza tasted great. Very good service as well. Doesn't open until 630 pm for dinner FYI.

What can I say, when you have coeliac and travel in these parts it can be hard. Burgers, pizzas and pastries seem to be a staple. So it is great to discover someone catering for gluten free needs. Pizza was tasty. I had the alpaca salami special with a base made from local grains like quinoa. This should be done more often. Much lighter than normal pizzas and very nice.
