Giovani and Jose could not have been more friendly hosts. My wife and I happened to meet them through a friend and it changed our entire vacation. During our cooking class, we learned how much Peruvians are passionate about their history and culture. We learned to make Pisco cocktails, ceviche and Aji de gallina - a famous Pervian dish. We left feeling like we had a taste of the Sacred Valley people and lifestyle.
