“tantalising tahitian treats”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 31 October 2012

Set within the verandah of a heritage listed building is this quaint and idyllic cafe whereby a broad menu is on offer which specialises in Tahitian cuisine......my favourite and not to miss is the 'Fisherman's Platter' which incorporates the best-loved dishes on the meal on one plate meant to two people but as Serena says "you won't want to share as it's divine"! Open from Mon-Fri 11-2.30pm and you can order ahead on 73037. If you're limited for time takeaway packs can also be ordered in advance like the 'Paka' which is a combo of poisson cru (tahitian raw fish) and sashimi with an authentic dipping sauce for $10. It's unlicensed so BYO and there's also a small corkage fee. A great place for lovers of raw food. :-)

“Great setting, amazing fish!”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 2 October 2012

Cute little setting (only about 15 tables I think). We ordered the platter which had a great selection of different style raw fish, including tahitian, chinese and sashimi. Delicious and a nice healthy meal.

“Fish lover”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 30 April 2012

I tried to share the fish platter with a friend and we ended up ordering another one as we both realised we were not gonna share. The various ways of making (marinated fish) poisson cru....just amazing, Highly recomend if your a fish lover, cooked or raw.

“Gorgeous fish platters”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 3 March 2012

I've been there twice now and the platter is great to share and they do cheap takeaway options too.Don't expect anything to drink - you need to byo (even soft drinks), even so I'll definitely go back.
