Our extended family of. 6 adults and an older teenager found the villa very comfortable and well equiped. The staff were helpful but not intrusive. We would have appreciated a change of towels and sheets in our 8 day stay.
It's a bit remote needing transport to visit other parts of the island. Also it's a 10 minute walk to the resort nearby and the beach, although the beach was not suitable for swimming. The pool got good use though.
Overall we enjoyed our stay and appreciated the comfort of the villa
We stayed at the villa in Nadi with extended family from NZ and Australia. The bedrooms are split into two separate wings/areas of the villa. In total there were 9 adults and 4 children aged between 6months and 7years. More than enough space for all of us.
As you enter the villa the very first thing you notice is the beautiful infinity pool which almost gets lost into the beautiful view of Nadi Bay. The only one negative about the pool was the depth. It was a little too deep for our youngsters however, the staff provided us with fun floaty devices that encouraged the kids confidence in the water. To be honest we couldn't get them out of the pool in a hurry!
There is a large and open kitchen, dining and lounge area with ample space for at least 12 people - in fact any less and you get totally lost in thought! To the right and left of the entrance you have two bedrooms. On either side you have two main bedrooms that both open out onto the balcony/patio area with infinity pool. They both offer a full ensuite inc. bath and large storage/wardrobe. Behind the master bedrooms are a large bedroom that can fit up to four adults each in comfort or if traveling with kids, you could comfortably fit more children in each.
The staff that looked after us (Mrs Va the house manager and Jope the driver in particular) were always on call to answer any questions we had and offer assistance immediately. AS was Taro, the owner who was overseas at the time but would always respond to any email i sent through. The mini van was an absolute life saver for all of us who stayed in the villa and the villa next door (we had two villas for lots of extended family both were identical). The mini van seats 15 people, however the only issue we had was on arrival due to luggage not being taken into consideration for space, although this was rectified by the Villa organising a Taxi for the excess guests/luggage space at no charge to us- Thank you Mrs Va and Jope!
The location is close enough to both Nadi town and Lautoka, which is handy for markets and getting around town. Since there is a kitchen (full sized) we took pleasure in almost daily visits for fresh produce and fantastic food - roti parcels with curry, traditional Indian snacks the list is endless....coconuts, fish, cassava and taro, papaya and watermelon all easily and deliciously available.
There are many sights and activities that can be organised through the villa or on your own, but be warned you may just want to laze around the pool all day long and take a nice stroll down to the beach and the Anchorage resort to enjoy a cocktail and other facilities that surround the villa. You do have the impression that there is nothing and no one else near by, but a few minutes drive or short walk away there are plenty of options. There is no need to have to travel to Denarau for boats as there is a jetty very close at the Anchorage that can be used for pick ups and drop offs for convenience. We took a trip to Beachcomber Island from here and it was great!
We loved the view, we loved the service, we loved the villa and to be honest there wasn't much to not like or enjoy. If I have to be picky, there isn't a flat grassy area at the back of the villa (where you will spend most of your time) for the kids to run around on, there is space at the front though.
One negative was the workers next door, who at some instances would use a power drill for work after 8pm, but because we were entertained by boisterous family it wasn't an issue for us. I would however, have been annoyed had I been trying to sleep or relaxed at those times. If I had mentioned it at the time to the staff managing the property I am sure it would have rectified.
Another attraction was the mud baths near the Sleeping Giant. My family went and they absolutely loved it. About a 10minute drive from the villa it was a great day out for the family to enjoy and not expensive either! After the mud baths we lunched on the water at the boat club (the exact name escapes me) but it was wonderful and a great way to end the day.
Over all we enjoyed our stay and yes I would come back again. My extended family are already talking about next year and bringing more friends and family to come and experience the beauty and the relaxation that you absolutely will endure! If you want a resort experience this is not for you - but if you do want relaxation, peace, quiet, the feeling like no one else is around you (unless they're in the villa next door) no hustle and bustle....this is for you. You can do as little or as much as you like and never want to leave.

We stayed for about 10 days here and enjoyed very much. Taro was very helpful and responded every questions we had about where to go for best snorkeling and island cruises and other activites. I love the beautiful view from this house, and of cause also the spacious kitcken:)
Enjoyed eating outside in the patio area, relaxing and eating breakfast and dinner there,
