“bargain! Bargain! Bargain!”
Reviewed 31 March 2014

Most of the sellers here are asian. I am not sure how authentic the merchandise is, but you can have a lot of fun bargaining with them. In some cases I paid less than 30% of the beginning price, so if you see something you like get it, but get it at a big discount!

“Decent souvenirs under one roof”
Reviewed 8 March 2014

The taxi driver we hired took us here at the end of our tour, telling us it was the best place to buy souvenirs for a good price.(we knew he was just after his cut from the stall holders we bought from, but it is all part of the tourist game).
The quality of the wooden items was quite good to be fair, we bought a couple of small bowls with little legs (they look better than I have described, honestly!!).
Prices were not too bad and plenty of stalls to browse at, all under one roof, so saves time.

cheaper by far just be firm about being hassled to buy from store holders tell them back off or you wont look and don't buy from wandering sellers in the street they will hoodwink you first sign is if they ask your name

“Handi craft Center”
Reviewed 14 October 2013

Here you can buy the local art work at very reasonable price. Prices are better then the Tappos. Location is very close to the local market place.

“Great for a look at hand crafted items”
Reviewed 8 October 2013

A lot of tourists wouldn't like to constant hassell the store holders trying to get you to look at their goods. This is what the Fijians do so just go with the flow and say just looking.
