This is a B&B with friendly owners - seems to be a mother and daughter operation. The breakfast was pretty good (boiled eggs, cheeses, meats, yogurt, etc.), and there were few drawbacks (no lift and small showers), but the best part about this hotel is that it's a block away from Tirana Park and the artificial lake. The park has plenty of trails for great jogging (actually joined a lot of people doing this in the morning).
The price of 40 Euro a night was good, considering that they do a good job cleaning the rooms and the quality of service is high and it's in a great location if you're a jogger. Though, it is not right next to the city center. You would probably have to pay more if it were. It's on a relatively quiet street, too.More
