Took a €5 euro taxi from Tirana to Dajti Cable.
1000 Lek per person return, lots to see on 15min journey.
Had a beer or two in the revolving bar 200 lek per beer.
Then after a walk around site went to Balkoni Rest for a window view of Tirana.
On the day we were there experienced Hail, Rain Mist and Sun within 30min, made the day.
Food and drink very reasonable, even with the view.
Give it a try.

The ride lasts about 12 minutes and the view is very nice, but the ride is not very smooth and the cable shakes in tye joints and its kinda scary.

Great hike up to cable car on my own, good hiking path but can be quite steep and cable car down. I hiked the ridges behind the cable car too.. beautiful views

For 1000 lek (around $9), you get a 20 minute ride Mount Dajti with stunning views of the surrounding mountains and the town below. I’d recommend eating at the Balkoni restaurant at the top for a nice view along with an affordable meal.
