We knew little about this place other than the description "rustic". I don't know that I would use the same choice of words -- the centerpieces were in sterling silver and a string quartet provided live music within a post-and-beam structure. The atmosphere was some of the most elegant I have experienced in Albania. The highlight of our meal was the risotto with cheese. Ordered for a minimum of four persons (at 600 lek per person), a giant wheel of cheese was rolled out on a cart to our tableside. The hot risotto was placed in a hollow-ed out portion of the cheese wheel and stirred. The heat of the rice melted the sides of the hollowed out cheese and was mixed together. Then it was spooned onto plates and served to each member of our party. We definitely recommend for a special occasion!
