You should absolutely visit this museum during your stay in Sarajevo. When I was walking towards the building I at first thought it was closed or under repair, but I was wrong. There was a temporary exhibition about Football in Bosnia on the ground floor which didn't catch my interest too much so I went to the first floor where you can find the real jewels of this museum: an impressive exhibition about Bosnia/Sarajevo during WWI and one about the time during the Sarajevo siege. I've probably learned more about the dark past of Sarajevo during my visit than I could've learned by just reading a book. Very lively exhibitions with many exhibits and informative texts, showing history out of an unexpectedly neutral and objective perspective. I didn't have any time to visit the Tunnel Museum, but the visit of the Sarajevo History Museum was certainly very satisfying.
