Look for the sign on Dondukov about 100 yards up the hill from the rear of the Opera House. It's worth finding Vino and Tapas either for a full meal or just for a snack and drinks. The woman serving is very knowledgable about wines, particularly those from Bulgaria which can be excellent and very good value. The food was of a very high standard, beautifully cooked and presented, On a warm evenng it was very pleasant to sit outside on their small balcony but there's also tables inside and a bar. Many of the restaurants in Sofia are pizza and pasta places but this one offers local cuisine with a bit of flair. Definitely one to seek out.
