A fun hotel with some quirky designs. Very clean and secure.

A friendly welcome, bags taken to the room and the room service was very prompt on requests for an iron & ironing board, etc.

The room was spacious and well appointed

I have written hundreds of reviews and take providing feedback very seriously. I hope you find my review helpful.

Overall: I would stay here again without hesitation. The hotel is nearly a "5" for me, but for a few small reasons.

The GREAT: Location. Located on a pedestrian street in the historic center, this location cannot be beat. Walk out the door and go in either direction on this pedestrian street with tons of shopping, restaurants and steps away from cultural and historical landmarks. Location cannot be any better than this. This is as good as it gets with respect to location.

The GOOD: Friendly and efficient service can be found at this small boutique hotel at the front desk. Everyone's English is perfect and their recommendations and advice was great. They are very friendly and were always approachable and helpful.

The GOOD continued: Room comfort was excellent. Beds were great. Shower was excellent and the wi-fi in our room was strong and had plenty of bandwidth.

The Okay: Breakfast. Not the best, not the worst but could use some attention. The wi-fi signal in the dining room was horrible and did not allow us to check online while at breakfast. Some of the food sat longer than I would have liked and the lighting was not very good. The quality of the breakfast needs improvement. Not impressed but adequate.

The Gripe: No ice or hard to come by. We Americans like ice and having it available. The ice was not readily available and it felt like a bother to ask. One night no ice was available. Another night we were given only a few cubes. This needs to be remedied for American travelers. We like ice.

Stayed here for 1 night and the location is excellent - right on the main blvd. All the staff were very friendly and helpful.

The rooms have some colour too - which was nice too see - rather than the usual bland hotel colour scheme.

It is expensive but perhaps to be expected given the central location and the fact they only have 31 rooms

I loved the fact that the hotel was on Vitosha Boulevard which is pedestrianized. The rooms especially the bathroom was quite lush. The decent price also helped. The staff was very accomodating and the bellman was especially helpful. One night he even walked us over to MOMA restaurant to make sure we werent lost. Bulgarians are warm people indeed.

My only complaint was the driver of the car service the hotel booked for us to go to Romania. When we got to Bucharest he couldnt find the hotel and inconvenienced my friends and we ended up finding the hotel ourselves. I complained to the hotel and never got a response back.

Nevertheless it is a good choice for people coming to Sofia. The breakfast buffet was also adequate.

Hotel is located right in the pedestrian area in the city center, where most of the stores, restaurants and cafes are located. It’s a chic boutique hotel clean and room size is just right. Room comes with a little kitchenette. I’ll recommend it to anyone visiting Sofia.
