Its an apartment which is really huge for the price....
but..
wifi doesn;t work most of the times...the landlord/owner/manager will call you to pick the key from some box outside the room and then will ask you to leave the money on the table...(funny, i know)
but the manager is a very nice guy, very helpful and fun...
good stay for brief period...good location as well

Room Tip: keep your phone battery on, the owner will message/call you anytime

We stayed in this apartment 2 times. Once for 5 days and the second time for about 10 days.

Location: It is located at a good location, about 10 to 15 mins walk to the city centre, and 5 mins from a supermarket. It is located in an old apartment building, which are very common in Zagreb. The neighbourhood is old, but quiet.

Apartment: It has a good size, 3 2p beds, one on the attic which we didn't use. Good value for money. Everything works and is explained with notes! Which we thought was quite funny. It also had a free-to-use washing-machine. We were there in the winter, and it was nice and warm in the apartment.
The owner is a great person, he guided us to the apartment with texts and welcomed us in person. Gave us some good advise on Zagreb and helped us out with various things. I have never experienced such great service! Not even in some of the better hotels (and I have stayed in a few as well). Nothing was to much for him

Some notes: We lived in Zagreb for 5 months and the best advise we can give you is: relax! Do not be bothered by everything, because such is the Croatian way :) The best way to enjoy the experience of Zagreb is by having a laid-back attitude, and have fun!

Conclusion: As a temporary apartment to visit the city of Zagreb I would definitely recommend it! It has a great value for money ratio and has a very good location.

I stayed at the Ante-Class rooms apartment for one night during a stay in Zagreb in September 2012.

This apartment was by far one of the weirdest accommodations I have ever stayed in. On the one hand, the apartment itself, for the price, was a very good size and had a decent sized bedroom, a large living area with numerous tables, chairs and sofas. A very small but usable kitchen and a good sized bathroom.

On the other hand there was the negative experiences which ended up being sort of funny. Firstly to get in to the place we were told to collect the keys to the apartment from a location outside of the building (I won't disclose where for security reasons). Whilst this was easy to find it was a little odd to say the least as we never actually met the owner or manager at any point during our stay. We even paid by leaving our fee on the kitchen table as we left. Whilst we never met him, he did correspond with us by text/email so we weren't completely left to fend for ourselves should something have gone wrong.

Another bizarre downside was that when we arrived the bedsheets had clearly just been washed and were left in a room with a fan to dry. If we had wanted to go straight to sleep it would have been on wet sheets which is unacceptable but after we put them by the window for a few hours they were luckily dry by night time.

In the apartment there is also a very steep ladder which leads to a tiny room with a double bed, we didn't use the room but it was rather quirky and it probably wouldn't be great for someone with vertigo planning on staying there.

The apartment building was sort of easy to find, being a ten minute or so walk from the rail station although it took us a while to find which apartment building was the correct one as they all look very similar around the area.

The close proximity to the apartment has a medium sized food store which was closed whilst we were there as it was a Sunday and there is a also a restaurant which seemed empty as we walked by. Once you get to the train station you are effectively very close to the centre of Zagreb and there is an underground shopping area with a large food store and several smaller shops and eateries.

Whilst the method of collecting the keys was strange to say the least and the bed sheets being wet upon arrival was unacceptable I still didn't mind my stay here. The apartment was a good size and there were even a number of DVD's left for us to view had we needed them. The Wi-fi is also very fast. For the price this was a good deal for a brief stay in the city.
