we stayed here for 4 nights.
outside the hotel is an average modern building.
check-in was o.k. nothing special rather ''cold'' welcoming.
the room was nice located on the 6th floor.it is modern in style a bit narrow in shape.
it had a fully stocked mini bar, complementary coffee and tea making facilities, a small tv for the size of the room with a vast number of satelite channels plus some movie channels and movies on demand, radio stations, view bill etc.there were a trousers press and an iron.the room was nicely decorated.the bed was comfortable so were the pillows, duvets and good quality linens.there was a good working area with an office type leather armchair.the lightning of the room was good the bathroom was clean and nice.the shower wasn't particular powerfull and bathtub/shower were combined.bathroom cosmetics were fewer than it should be for two persons and even anne semonin not of very good quality.the lightning in the bathroom especially during shaving was not the best.there was a hairdryer that was almost powerless.the towels and bathrobes unfortunatelly were of rather cheap quality not the kind you expect in a 5 star hotel.there were slippers as well.
in the room the window could be opened a bit. one day they forgot to reniew the complimentary coffee/tea facilities . the soundproof was mostly good but from time to time you could listen to voices or the vacuum or doors closing from the corridors.the temperature in the room was a bit chilly cause they were turning the heatin on around late afternoon and closed in the morning so you end up waking up in a rather cold room .room service was excellent-always with trolley table set for a 5 star dinner.there were ice-machines in every floor which i find most convinient.the lobby was very impressive decorated and a beautiful place to be. the dark bla bar was beautifully decorated but a ''dead ''place for drinks.breakfast room was large and ordinary as it is in most hotels but the quality, quantity and variety was really great.
the part that dissapointed us most was the health center with the indoor swimming pool.the area as we figured out is run by a health center/gym company and it was overcrowded.it was purely a place for work out and nothing more.the noise was tremendous and the outdoor jacuzzi had so many people packed like sardines that was seriously questioned how it could be kept as clean as the water should be.we went there once, we left after some minutes and this was more than enough-definatelly not the indoor pool and gym you might expect in a 5 star hotel.check-out was better than check-in (friendlier and more proffessional manners).
in general it is a good hotel in good location-no major complains with our stay exept from the pool/gym and some temperature issues in the room.also scatterred around the hotel some artificial flowers was not the best for decorating a 5 star hotel.
