“Great place to stay in Bucharest”
Reviewed 10 January 2014

Excellent location to all city attractions, superb staff with special commendation to bellhop, Miclos, who went totally out of his way to furnish us with very helpful information re the hotel amenities, getting around the city, transport to other areas in Romania...Miclos was very service oriented and we couldn't have asked for more. He just couldn't do enough for us. The fellow at the service desk (never got his name) was terrific as well as was the dining room staff. Breakfast was great and the room was very comfortable and clean. WOULD DEFINITELY STAY AGAIN!

The hotel is in the center, with parking is a problem, I used the taxi,
hot and new hotel, restaurant for breakfast less, satisfying food choices to two or three nights, good coffee, the elevator is slow, a medium-sized room, warm, isolated, clean, comfortable beds and nice bedding. Internet for wi-fi, reception quick, payment in cash and credit cards at the exit of the hotel, will make efforts about the guest, and I got a welcome drink.
The bathroom has a hair dryer, following cosmetics, shampoo, soap, body milk, you have a bathrobe.
All in all the hotel recommendation.

On arrival at this hotel, you enter the foyer from below street level. The stairs are quite steep and I am not sure if there is any wheelchair access though there was a steep ramp next to the stairs. The foyer was clean and the reception staff were friendly and efficient. A small lift took us to our room which was lovely and clean and had a comfortable bed and wifi access. Before entering the foyer downstairs is a secluded seating area covered with lovely umbrellas where it is possible to have bar service from very friendly hotel staff. We wish we had stayed longer in Bucharest and we would have been very happy to continue our stay at this hotel.

This is a modern boutique hotel located in a quiet street but within a few minutes of shopping and restaurants. The rooms are adequate in size and the beds are comfortable. There is an elevator and also free wifi. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was very good by European standards with several hot choices. Overall, I think this is a very good hotel to stay in Bucharest.

This hotel is very good to get around town, close to so many attractions. The rooms are nice, spacious and bathroom also nice with plenty of hot water and plus they have slippers and bathrobes. Breakfast was very good and something for everyone. The packaged breakfast that we got since we left for the airport at 4 a.m. was more than adequate, enough for 2 people. That was very nice of them. Staff very nice especially Stefan who was always cheerful and helpful . I have only one negative and that is the incessant barking dogs in the house next door. Please request quieter room away from them or wear earplugs like I do in all hotels to eliminate situations like this and/or traffic noise etc.

We arrived at this hotel late in the evening and were greeted warmly by the staff. The rooms had free wifi, firm beds, good pillows and were very clean. There was a good bathroom with shampoo, lotion, bath gel and a hairdryer. The bath towels were super-sized with larger than normal hand towels, and no washcloths as is usually typical for European travel. The elevators were small. There was no a/c in the room - fine for Fall travel but not so much if visiting in the summer. The outside area was lovely with large umbrella tables. Access to the hotel would be difficult for those needing handicapped accessibility as you had to go down a good flight of stairs to reach the lobby.

I agree with others--this is a great hotel in a great location. We stayed 2 nights in September. The room was very nice and clean and the staff were very nice and helpful. The breakfast was wonderful and we even got a voucher for 2 free expressos at the lobby bar. There is a mini-mart across the street where we could get our bottled water.
