Wasted our time in visiting this commercial building. It's a bank.

The building is nice but would hardly call it an attraction, but perhaps Bucharest is somewhat desperate to find some attractions.

There are some interesting places in the neighbourhood but we went to see an 'attraction' and were disappointed.

Bucharest struggles for tourist attractions so get out of Bucharest and visit the real country - Bucharest is mainly a dump.

It is located in the city center, near Lipscani street, very beautiful inside and outside. Beautiful lighted in the night.

The building is a landmark and is quite beautiful, either in daylight or at night.
Access inside is more problematic as it is the HQ of a bank, so be sure tio carry ID.

Try to visit this area in the evening when this very nice building has light all around and you will love the view! Just opposite the very old center of the city and the History big museum.

Although I have find the CEC Palace in all Bucharest related guides as a must attraction (on tripadvisor as well), the building cannot be visited since its the headquarters of a bank or something like this.
So, make sure than when you make your Bucharest visiting plan, you will not include CEC palace too. On the outside the building is beautiful, suggesting the golden times of the city
