Any history & architecture lover won’t want to miss this outdoor museum comprised of a collection of well preserved & restored buildings, farms, churches, houses and stables from the 17, 18, 19 & 20th century. Gives a good overview of what rural life was like in Romania. Very worthwhile - plan on spending 2-3 hours here walking the extensive grounds.

Interesting, allways ready to be visited, never boring. You can get an ideea about romanian traditions, the way of making life more beautifull or bearable and that historic perspective must be constructed by more than one visit in such an admirable collection of old rural house very well managed over the last century!

The Romanian village as it comes from history. Every region with traditional traditions and houses. If you're a Romanian you recognize your grandmother's house in family pictures!

Is a real sneak peak in to the lives of the rural Romanian people. You must go as early as possible if you want to see it all. It's quite big and has a lot of houses. We went there at least 4 times and i can't say i truly saw everything.

If you come to Bucharest, don’t miss The Village Museum. Even when it’s cold outside you can enjoy this quiet and authentic place.

The museum is very nice and probably it could be a must visit place in town. We walk around and enjoyed the histories told by a guide.

My 8-year old appreciated the stroll in space and time. We would have liked more information at times.

This place is full of amazing houses from different regions of Romania. Its not only proud for romanian to have such a history but also for human beings in general. Houses defines who we are and how the rest of environment around us shape us to live in a certain types of House.

For first timers, It is bit of a walk so wear something confortable and have sometime to visit the entire park.

It would be nice for some of the houses to have all access for tourists. The ticket to enter is relativly cheap.

It is one of the best museums in Bucharest, it is more of a walk in the park then a museum and its just perfect to explore Romanian culture from an architectural point of view. The staff was really nice and friendly, helping my girlfriend with her Romanian (she is learning Romanian). The lady from the gate inside the park provided one of the most polite service experience I had in Romania. I was really impressed, and I want to encourage this type of behaviour so thank you :D.
