Try and sneak in if you haven't got concert tickets - it's the most beautiful building in Bucharest!

Doesn't take long to go through this beautiful building. It would be fun to go to a concert here.

The buiding itself is beautiful - but the interior of the theatre is like an amzing dome - just wonderfully decorated roof. For 10Lei you can have a guided visit at any time - enter the side door on the left side of the building (when facing building) - and a man there will give the tour. We went to see a small performance - worth while and very cheap.

The Romanian Athenauem is situated next to Revolutiei Square and is across the street from The National Museum of Art. The building is very beautiful from outside and amazing in the inside. If you want to visit it without coming to a concert, you must enter in the right entrance (not in the front). The ticket price is 10 lei and you are allowed to see the whole building. The program is: Monday 10-16; Tuesday-Sunday 13:30-17). I truly reccomend you to visit this magnificent building!
