The only reason to stay in Villa Mondo is if you have an early morning departure from Belgrade airport or maybe a late arrival in Belgrade airport. It's location approx 10 minute drive from Belgrade airport is unbeatable if the airport is your destination. It is not that easy to find. The sign on the main road has been stolen but the extremely helpful receptionist met us on the main road and directed us to the villa. Our apartment was a good size, spotlessly clean with plenty of hot water for very early morning showers. The receptionist who lived in the States for a couple of years had flawless English and was very friendly and obliging. Breakfast was a cold breakfast left in the fridge with bread for toasting. The breakfast was fine but I found myself regretting that in a country that has an abundance of bakeries and first rate prsut/ham/sunka that villa owners don't offer the best produce of their country and buy bakery bread and home produced ham rather than mass produced bread and ham. It is a lost opportunity and would create good will among guests. A few more tea bags would have been nice as well. Breakfast is not a Serbian strong point and in Serbia. Overall there are a lot of positives and if one needs proximity to the airport it is ideal.
