I stayed for one night in single room nr 21 if I remember well. I was given a room for smokers although I am not a smoker and when I entered the room, besides the fact that it was extremely small, the smell of smoke was so intensive, like being in a huge ash-tray. It was impossible to sleep. I asked for another room but I was told that there was no other available.
So I tried to sleep with an open window all night and after a couple of hours the air in the room was less stinky.
I had stayed in the past at the same hotel two times and I didn't have the same experience these times.
A cost effective hotel solution, with very small single rooms and a bit bigger double rooms with too basic breakfast for international standards and feeling that it is a budget choice if you don't want to buy luxury accomodation.

I strongly recommend the staff to ask before giving a smokers room to anyone and to consider the possibility to use higher beds when they decide to renovate the too small rooms with extremely small bathrooms.
Being too small is ok since it it a budget choice, but sleeping on a stinky bed and pillow as if they were filled with smoked cigarettes, it is something absolutely not acceptable which should concern anyone before going to this hotel and get smokers' room even for one night.

We stayed in Lav Hotel just for 1 night. The beds are very good and the room and bathrooms clean. They accept pets in the room.If you go in the hotel directly they ask more then in booking.com and don't offer you the breakfast. For this reason I will not come back in this hotel again.

Stayed at one and only Lux Suite of the hotel. With bathroom a bit tiny - but otherwise a value for paid money.
Quiet, good breakfast, near to the airport (Rented a car there, so it was the most closest
and convenient place). Location is an old Austro-Ungarian (after WWII Zemun was added to New Belgrade), but optimal for car travelling to Novi Sad, Zagreb and Ljubljana (so to nurture nostalgy for former Yugoslavia) - as the highway is near, though for one preferring the old route - it's also there.
Staff is good (they don't mess around and you see them only when they are required). Service is nice, breakfast is OK. Bed was grand (and bedroom with a very comfortable touch).

Stayed here on business, was originally offered a single room but this proved to be little bigger than the single bed it contained. Stayed in small "suite", double room with small annex with desk, this proved to be adequate but only what I would consider to be a normal room. Spent one night in double room but again the room as little bigger than the bed and no desk or table to sit at and do work. Bathrooms in all rooms very small but adequate. Hotel is not in the best of locations, building supply merchant on one side and petrol station/tyre shop on other side. Constant noise throughout the night.

I spent one night in a junior suite, if I remember right room number 6, and was very satisfied. The hotel is nicely decorated, it's an old building, but it's freshly painted and renovated. The hotel offers fast WiFi and safe parking behind the house.

Our suite was small but clean. The two rooms had both new windows with mosquito nets. The white towels and the bedsheets were clean and smelled freshly washed. The water pressure in the shower was excellent and there was hot water as well.

We didn't hear any noise, but there weren't many other guest in the hotel that night. We had an OK TV, normal size.

We booked the room through booking.com just couple of hours before we arrived. Everything was ready when we got there, the couch in the lounge was converted in a bed and we had three sets of towels ready.

Two things I didn't like:
> Our small bathroom had no window, just a ventilator.
> We arrived 15 minutes too late for breakfast and they wouldn't even offer us to have a coffe or a slice of bread with jam (which still was on the buffet). The chef was already cleaning the breakfast buffet and said breakfast was only served until 10 AM.

Small rooms, very small bathroom, when I first entered the room, I had to ventilate, so bad smell was in the room.Very old, small ,useless TV in the room, every computer already has a bigger screen than the TV in the room.. In room you hear each noise from the corridor and from neighboring room. Door are old. From 7 o'clock in the morning when people begin to walk out of their rooms, the noise is so loud that you can not sleep anymore. No refrigerator in the room .Furniture old and worn. Breakfast was good.. Bothered me that breakfast is not possible to get fried eggs without meat, they all add ham, which is silly. For fun they also have a mini casino with 6 slot machines. Price double room 70 euro per night. This is more motel than hotel. In USA you will pay for room in a similar motel 30 USD pro night.Free parking.
Bed is very hard and uncomfortable.Wi-fi is free, but the internet works very slowly.
In short, this hotel or motel is especially suitable for some workers, who work in Belgrade.
In this hotel I slept only one night and then left and took room in Hotel In near Arena in Belgrade
