Comfortable hotel with an unbeatable location, right off the Republic square and the beginning of the Knez Mihailova central pedestrianized shopping promenade, and also in close proximity to the Kalemegdan Citadel and the Sadarska, Belgrade's Montmartre district with plenty of eateries. Our room first looked a bit dark and the corridor from the elevator is quite narrow, but there is plenty of lighting, even a crystal chandelier which makes the room extremely bright, and there were 7 electrical outlets in the room for charging equipment! The bathroom has good fixtures, we did not like the shower stall which was only separated by a short glass wall from the toilet and any shower makes the floor totally wet, however using the bath towel to soak up the water and shove it aside was no problem. There is a reasonable lobby, lots of dining space both inside and outside. One problem, the front of the hotel cannot be reached by car as it is in a pedestrianized zone with plenty of side-walk restaurants. We arrived by car, with the GPS useless as it didn't recognize the GPS coordinates nor the address, but a helpful taxi driver lead us to the garage entrance, which is a couple of floors below the hotel on another street. This in-house parking is very convenient if a bit expensive at eu14 per day. Good buffet breakfast. Overall, a good experience.

I have visited Majestic two times, both in business occasions. It is quite obvious that this hotel is legacy of Yugoslavian greatness, but very forgotten.
Furniture looks ancient, but unkempt, rooms are vast and clean, but obsolete and away by the ravages of time.
Hotel is in the best possible location for city-centre hotel and international service is experienced, reception has contacts with local police, airport, taxi drivers et c.
Food is not very good and vegetarian meals are poor and boring. Buffet is quite fortunate, but guests are not very moderate.
Seminar hall is good enough for up to 40 people, situated in different part of the hotel, with separate approach, accreditation table and toilets.
Many famous people from all over the world have been at this hotel, it has hall with their pictures.
Hairdressing salon can be found within hotel.

Room Tip: Chose upper floors rooms, with less noise.

Stayed at the Majestic Hotel Belgrade last week whilst attending a soccer match at Red Star Stadium. Very friendly staff. Room very clean. Big bathroom. Air conditioning worked well. Adequate breakfast array. Cannot ask for any more. Brilliantly situated for the tourist. Turn right/first left and you are in the pedestrian area with the the big-name stores. Carry on directly and you will reach a park which contains Belgrade Fortress at the confluence of the Danube/Sava rivers - lovely area to explore and plenty of shade if required. Plenty of cafes directly outside the hotel. Travelled on my own and took a bus to Belgrade Station. Do not possess satnav but still managed to locate hotel - however only some street signs are translated. Make sure you have researched directions. On return took 92 bus to airport - interesting ride ! The 92 bus stop is only about 5 mins walk from hotel. At the airport, go to upper floor if you require 92 bus.

The best about this hotel is the location. It is in the center of the city, close to the shopping district. The hotel itself has to be renoveted soon. My room was very old fashioned, big and nearly clean. The bed was ok but the blanket was strange. The bathroom was spacious but old. The shower was old, but at least there was enough hot water coming out the shower head.
The breakfast was mediocer. The quality of the dishes was low. The room in which the breakfast was standing is very worn out. The rear end of this room was under construction.
All in all this hotel is ok for people who want to sleep in city center and who do not have high expectations. It is a must for lovers of the former Yugoslavia. I will reconcider coming here again.

Ancient furniture, dirty floors, dust everywhere, small and not very comfortable bed... Don't get tricked into using their own garage, it's claustrophobic and quite expensive. The only good thing is the location.

I liked the wi-fi that worked in most areas of the hotel. The breakfast was really good too. I wish the hotel staff was more friendly. I did not get a good feeling from most of them, while there were a couple that were nice. The location was something I liked and didn't like at the same time. Now, the location is supposedly very good. Unfortunately, if you have never been to Belgrade and don't speak Serbian, it has be very challenging to find the hotel in this part of the city since every street looks similar. Serbia also doesn't have an intl. data plan with AT&T, so spending 20$/mb wasn't desirable, but I had to do it just to find my way back to the hotel. Note that cars can't actually go in front of the hotel; the closest they get is about 300 meters away, which isn't far. Now, if you are trying to get picked up by some new friends it was nearly impossible to find a place for them to pick me up near my hotel since some of the streets are for taxis, most of the streets in this area don't allow cars to stop, and there aren't many great landmarks to rendezvous at. PS - this is not a 4* hotel

Room Tip: Request a high floor to keep the noise down from outside. There are many cafe's and you will he...

The hotel is very good as per cleaness and attitude of the personnel.
The location is perfect, 20 mt. from the main pedestrian street, in the center of Belgrade.

Price not very very cheap but good considering all.

Room Tip: In a triple room we can feet 4 people!
