What an incredible luck to have found this treasure in the middle of Vracar and just a few steps away from the busy Slavija Square! At the corner of Njeguseva and Prote Mateje streets you will find not only a perfect place to taste domestic and international wines, but you will also be amazed by the knowledge and many anecdotes on wine told by Djuro, the owner of this tasteful and cosy place; he is a first class sommelier and enthusiastic about the wines he sells. Ask him for advice before you place your order and you will surely get a wine to your liking! Take one of the beautifully presented lovely ham and cheese plates with your wine and you will be in heaven. Pampur is Serbian for "cork" and surely many corks are taken out of beautiful bottles every day in that place. Pampur is an excellent wine shop and a cosy wine bar, where locals and internationals meet and...become friends. Also as solo traveller you can easily get in contact there - if you love wine! Plan to go for half an hour to have a glass of wine and don't be surprised when you leave 4 hours later - a timeless place.
