We stayed in an apartment just off Skadarlija, the street is quite noisy at night so if you like quiet then stay a bit further from it. For me it was Ok though, it's a great place for young people as there are lots of bars and restaurants, and everyone sits outside until late at night. It's supposed to be bohemian, but nowadays everything there is geared up for tourists. There isn't much in terms of sight seeing, it's just a short, cobbled street with lots of restaurants and old buildings. It's more of a place where you go for a night out. There are lots of orchestras playing traditional Serbian music in the restaurants, and in summer there are flowers everywhere. It's definitely worth a visit.
