Just returned from a long weekend in Kiev. Myself and my wife stayed at the apartments and I'm very pleased with the service, room and staff. The apartments are a ten minute (max) taxi ride from the centre (Independence Square).
Check-in was fast, courteous and professional with Olga, who speaks perfect English. The apartment was really great (Number 62). It had a large lounge / kitchen area, bathroom with shower and double bedroom. There is a large flat screen TV and plenty of seating. There is a fridge, hob and microwave as well as complimentary washing up liquid, coffee, sugar etc.
There is a well-stocked supermarket within a two minute walk which sells all the usual stuff and seemed to be open quite long hours.
Towels are changed twice a week and the bed is made daily, in fact the place is more like a hotel than serviced apartments.
There is a restaurant in the basements serving quality food at good prices, and they offer room service including breakfast.
There is free wireless in the building, although this wasn't available in all areas of our apartment, just by the entrance.
The area is quite quiet with the only discernible noise coming from occasional trams passing outside.
Overall I would highly recommend Senator Apartments Executive Court for anyone planning to visit Kiev for business or pleasure.More
