This is a little gem of a restaurant. Quality of the food is second to none. Salmon Tagliatelle superb,Borscht my wife said was superb. The gerwurztramminer was unbelievable, the Apple strudel immense. I came during the Euro's in 2012 and had superb meals here. I have come for the England game and already eaten here twice. Also immense was the mushroom pancakes, unbelievably good. The bread is superb, superb, superb. Too many superbs I know. And excellent value for the quality

We stopped by at Muka, which is located in a courtyard just of Krechatic (main street in Kiev), before dinner for a drink. Place was not crowded, service was good. They make their own fresh squeezed juices and homemade lemonades (we tried one with mint and lime). Wifi works well too.

Prices are not unreasonable. Place is clean. Not sure how loud it gets in the evenings.

Good food at very affordable prices. Locate in an alley just off the main boulevard of Kreschatyk.
Staff speaks fluent English (not so common in Kiev) and is very friendly and helpful.
Try the tarte flambé.
