Stayed one night here splurging a little as we were between two long distance buses from Guatemala to Nicaragua and we wanted to maximize our evening in San Salvador. We really appreciated the location as we felt pretty safe at night walking to and from the many restaurants in the area and didn’t need to take a taxi.
Location: Right in Zona Rosa, just half a block from a number of restaurants and along a strip of designer stores mixed with American fast food chains.
Rooms: We were given a large suite with a very comfortable King bed, a large flatscreen tv in both the bedroom and living room, a small kitchen, and a small balcony looking out over the city. The AC worked perfectly once we found the control and the tv had lots of channels.
Rooftop pool was small but nice, having great views of the city.
Breakfast was decent, nothing all that memorable but a typical buffet with some local dishes like papusas.
At $94 we felt it was good value. Given we only had the evening there and wanted to be able to walk around a bit, it was perfect for our purposes.More
